Sand Spring Resort

Been staying here for 40 plus years. Whether trout fishing the park or canoeing the river, it's a great place to stay. Family owned business. Great people!

Bennett Springs has been a good place for our family to come for around 55 years whether for a vacation or just for the weekend. We have camped and also stayed at the Sand Springs Resort many times over the years. The staff and laundry workers have always been friendly and helpful even for information about the area. We recently needed a place to park our camper and the owner was very nice to let us keep it there while we spent the night there. The room was clean and spacious perfect for a baby needing to use up some energy. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. I'm glad they still have the pool area and we enjoyed it a couple of times during our stay. The grounds crew keep the grass mowed and looking tidy. The only suggestion I would make is that Room 233 could use some floor repairs in the bathroom and it would also be great if they had a playground and swings for little ones even infants but I realize the liability these things come with. We look forward to coming back soon!

This was my family's second time staying at Sand Springs, and we love coming here. This time we rented a cabin and it was perfect. It was clean and pretty nice. We were able to use the pool and river access, which my kids really enjoyed. We went on a float trip through them and had a blast. All the employees were really friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be back again!!

A very nice spot to stay when going to Bennett Springs. It has a store and restaurant on the property, as well as private river access. I recommend only trying to drive down to the private access in a 4 wheel drive, or truck, suv, or van. It is a rough terrain.

Have been returning to stay here for many years. Looking so forward to next week! Our stay is booked. We have always had a great experience with our stays. Great service, friendly owners and staff. Great food and drinks at the bar! Can't wait to see the new bar!

We've stayed here several years. The staff here are excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a large grassy area with a playground, covered picnic tables and cornhole games. There's an indoor pool. There's tent and RV camping down near the river. The owners do a good job keeping people from getting too loud and rowdy, especially at night, which keeps the whole facility family friendly. The float trip service is great. They put you on the water right at the resort and you can float to their private take-out, where they loaf you up and bus you back to the resort. There was a restaurant on the property with excellent food but it burnt down. The owners said they were rebuilding and we look forward to visiting with them again.

We didn't stay here, but stopped for drinks and ice. Great service the lady was super nice.

We love this place! This was our 2nd visit since last October. For a quick fun weekend float trip this is your spot. The start of your float trip is at the resort. Must be in the river by 11am so keep that in mind. The ride back is quick and painless. The rooms are super affordable. A little dated but it's super affordable like I said. The customer service here is amazing. We had some issues with our shower and they were so nice and fixed it right away. We will be back.
